I think sending in a runner for someone should only be allowed if the batter actually hurts themselves. I don’t think subbing should be allowed simply to have a faster person on the base.

Just want clarification on it.
Making a play at first, If the 1st baseman touch a small part of the orange bag is the runner out or safe?

I believe that if the 1st baseman only touches the orange part the runner is safe.
